dilution pipette
This air displacement micropipette allows subsequent pipetting of 1 and 0.1 mL of same liquid. The two pre-calibrated fixed volumes eliminate any setting. A universal metal nozzle accommodates straw tips (length 190 or 240 mm, diameter 4 mm), most adequate to aspirate from deep, narrow vials or Stomacher bags.

Ideal alternative to conventional graduated glass pipettes when performing serial 1:10 dilutions
in bacteriology.

Performance values obtained with bi-dist. water at constant temperature
(± 0.5°C) comprised between 20 and 25°C in accordance with ISO 8655.

Straw tips

Polypropylene straw tips are specially designed
for easy reach deep into narrow vials and
Stomacher bags. Their large diametre allows
pick up of particle containing liquids.

Qualitips^® straw tips can be used directly in
microbiological tests. They are supplied sterilized,
in sealed bags.

Two sizes (190 and 240 mm) fit the
Acura^® manual 810, 1:10 dilution pipette.
A 5 mL capacity is available for the
Acura^® manual 835 using appropriate adapters
